Nankana Sahib

Nankana Sahib is a city and the capital of Nankana Sahib District in Punjab, Pakistan. Located approximately 75 km east of Faisalabad and 91 km west of Lahore, it had a population of 79,540 as per the 2017 census. Before 2005, it was part of Sheikhupura District.

Nankana Sahib is named after Guru Nanak, the first Sikh Guru, who was born in the city and began his spiritual teachings here. It is the most significant holy site for the Sikh religion.
